Wow . . . how long has it been since I've been here . . . so much has changed - all for the better. Happily married - finally found THE ONE. Been a long time since I've done any running but still have hopes of getting back around to it. I had heart surgery on Dec 13, 2022 to replace a bad valve and I am presently recovering from that. more later . . .
